Access
Rights of access will be exercised at all times reasonably and within the guidelines of the Country Code. All such rights are subject to the landowners own access arrangements.
Trees
The adoption period for each dedicated tree is for the lifetime of that tree, and in any event, for a period of not less than 50 years. If a dedicated tree dies within 10 years of planting, it will be replaced by another similar tree at no charge.
Certificates & Plaques
Trees and engraved plaques will be planted and Certificates and other paperwork sent to the customer within 28 working days of order.
